We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, our support team will make it right — every return starts with a simple email.

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items received damaged or defective should be reported to our support team within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Contact our support team at support@echoverseshop.com or apply through our Returns & Refunds page. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

IMPORTANT: Do not return items without contacting us first — items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted. In many cases, we resolve issues with a refund or replacement without requiring a return at all.

Our business address does not accept product returns. The correct return address is always provided with your return shipping label.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away with your order number and a photo — we will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for return. Gift cards are non-refundable. If you are unsure about a specific item, just ask — we're happy to clarify before you buy.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers may need additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@echoverseshop.com and we will chase it down.
